Pick Numbers Without Repeats
Each number can appear only once within the same draw. Later draws are independent and may repeat earlier values. Quantity cannot exceed how many integers sit in the range.
How unique sampling works here
The engine never fills a gigantic array for a wide range with a small request. Small ranges can use a partial shuffle. Wider ranges use Floyd-style sampling. Either way, one draw contains distinct integers only. This is not a lottery forecast. Read random numbers without repeats or return to the random number generator.
